Manjeera Constructions Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q1, H1, and FY 2025

Manjeera Constructions Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons under the Company's Code of Conduct. The closure will commence from 01 April, 2025, and will last until 48 hours after the declaration of un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter, half year, and Financial year ended on 31st March, 2025. The notice for the Board Meeting to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the mentioned periods will be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges.
