Mankind Pharma Acquires Women Health Rx Portfolio from Bharat Serums & Vaccines for ¥797 Crores

Mankind Pharma Ltd has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company, for the acquisition of its Branded Generic Business relating to Women Health Rx Portfolio. The total sale consideration is ¥797 Crores, subject to closing adjustments. The payment will be made in two installments: 50% on the Closing Date and the balance within 150 days from the Closing Date. The completion of the acquisition is subject to pre-conditions, closing actions, and other terms & conditions as specified in the BTA.
