Mankind Pharma Approves Corporate Guarantee for Subsidiary BSV

Mankind Pharma Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 30, 2026, approved the issuance of a corporate guarantee in favor of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bharat Serums & Vaccines Limited (BSV). The board also considered and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The financial results were accompanied by a Limited Review Report from joint statutory auditors S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP and Bhagi Bhardwaj Gaur & Co. Further disclosures regarding the corporate guarantee were provided as per SEBI regulations, along with a certificate from the auditors.
