Mankind Pharma declares unaudited Q1 FY27 results

Mankind Pharma Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated financial results. The company also approved the issuance of a corporate guarantee in favor of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV). The financial results were accompanied by a Limited Review Report from joint statutory auditors M/s. S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP and M/s. Bhagi Bhardwaj Gaur & Co. A certificate from the joint statutory auditors under Regulation 54 of the Listing Regulations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, was also enclosed.
