Mankind Pharma Releases Pledged Shares of Bharat Serums

Mankind Pharma Ltd has completed the realignment of security cover for its Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). Following requisite approvals, revised security has been created over tangible and intangible assets. Consequently, the pledge on 28,280 equity shares of Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSVL), representing 38.68% of its paid-up equity, has been released. The revised security cover is 1.26 times the outstanding NCD amount, and no BSVL shares are now under pledge for NCDs.
