Mankind Pharma Subsidiary's Auditors Resign Due to Liquidation

Mankind Pharma Limited announced that S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, the statutory auditors of its material wholly-owned subsidiary, Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV), have resigned. The resignation is effective September 28, 2026, and is a consequence of BSV initiating voluntary liquidation proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The auditors confirmed no other material reason for their resignation. The auditors had completed the audit for the year ended March 31, 2026, and had not commenced the audit for the year ending March 31, 2027.
