According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Dhruv Manoj Rakhasiya has acquired 13,00,000 shares of Manoj Ceramic Ltd, amounting to 4.92% of the company's total share capital. This acquisition also includes 4.92% voting rights. The acquisition was made through preferential allotment on 14.11.2025. The total diluted share/voting capital of the company after the acquisition stands at 53.06%.
