Manoj Vaibhav Gems Reappoints Auditors & Key Management for 5 Years

Manoj Vaibhav Gems N Jewellers Ltd announced board approvals for the re-appointment of key personnel and statutory auditors. M/s Sagar & Associates will continue as Statutory Auditors for five years (FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31). Mrs. Bharata Mallika Ratna Kumari Grandhi has been re-appointed as Chairperson & Managing Director for five years from February 12, 2027. Mrs. Sai Keerthana Grandhi and Mrs. Sai Sindhuri Grandhi have also been re-appointed as Whole-time Director and Executive Director, respectively, for five years from March 1, 2027. All re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
