Manomay Tex India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 4, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, this information has been shared. Additionally, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees and connected persons of the Company and their immediate relatives till February 6, 2026, which is 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
