Manomay Tex India Ltd: Trading Window Closure for Q2 FY27 Results

Manomay Tex India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all directors, KMPs, connected persons, designated employees, and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading during the sensitive period leading up to and immediately following the financial results disclosure. The company will separately announce the date of the financial results and the subsequent re-opening of the trading window.
