Manorama Industries Limited has announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, MANORAMA SAVANNAH AGRO CHAD SARL, in the Republic of Chad. The incorporation, effective July 20, 2026, aims to expand the company's business operations. The subsidiary has an authorized and paid-up capital of CFA 10,000,000. This move is considered a related party transaction as it is a WOS, but any future dealings will be on an arm's length basis. The subsidiary will operate in the Food & Cosmetic Industry (Trading).
