Manraj Housing Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015. The closure will be effective from 01/01/2026 until 48 hours after the communication of the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31/12/2025 to the Stock Exchange. Designated persons of the company, including their immediate relatives, have been advised not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company during this period.
