Mansi Finance Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Mansi Finance (Chennai) Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved the Board's Report and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2026. The financial results were reviewed by statutory auditors, Sirohia & Co, who provided a limited review report stating no material misstatements were found.
