The AGM will be held on August 24, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI circulars. This closure is for the purpose of the AGM.
