The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company will also submit its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, which includes the Notice of the AGM and audited financial statements. The 'Cut-off Date' for determining member eligibility to vote and attend the AGM is Monday, August 17, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 17 to August 24, 2026, inclusive.
