
Maple Infrastructure Trust Sees Shareholding Changes
Maple Infrastructure Trust's Investment Manager, Maple Infra InvIT Investment Manager Private Limited, has undergone a change in control. Maple Highways Pte. Ltd. transferred 42.50% of the Investment Manager's equity to MAIF 4 Investments India 2 Pte. Ltd. (MAIF 4). Consequently, Maple Highways and MAIF 4 each hold 42.50%, with 360 One Alternates Asset Management Limited holding 15%. Similarly, the Project Manager, Maple Highway Project Management Private Limited, also experienced a change in control, with Maple Highways transferring 40% of its equity to MAIF 4. Maple Highways and MAIF 4 now each hold 40%, and the Investment Manager holds 20%. Additionally, CDPQ Infrastructures Asia III Inc. transferred 37.50% of the Trust's unitholding to MAIF 4. The Board also approved the appointment of three Additional Directors.
