Mapro Industries: Promoter Sells 3.87% Stake

Nitinkumar Dindayal Didwania, a promoter of Mapro Industries Ltd, has disclosed the sale of 325,000 equity shares, representing 3.87% of the total voting capital. This sale is part of an open market transaction and is planned to be completed by July 9, 2026. Following the sale, Didwania's holding in the company will reduce to 79,000 shares, or 0.94% of the total voting capital. The total equity share capital of Mapro Industries remains Rs. 8,38,89,250, divided into 83,88,925 equity shares of Rs. 10 face value each.
