Maral Overseas Ltd to hold 37th AGM on August 25, 2026 via VC

Maral Overseas Ltd has announced that its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OA VM). The registered office will be considered the venue. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Remote e-voting will be available through NSDL from August 21, 2026 (9:00 a.m.) to August 24, 2026 (5:00 p.m.), with an e-voting system also provided during the AGM. The notice for the AGM and the Annual Report 2025-26 will be sent in due course.
