Marc Loire Fashions Limited Announces Trading Window Closure for Half Year and Financial Year Ending on 31st March, 2026

Marc Loire Fashions Limited has announced the closure of the trading window for the half year and financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. The trading window will be closed for Connected Persons, Insiders, Designated Persons and their relatives as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Designated Persons and Relatives of Designated Persons of the Company, adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will commence on Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the half year and financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the aforesaid financial results is yet to be intimated.
