Mardia Samyoung Appoints & Resigns Directors; Reconstitutes Committees

Mardia Samyoung Capillary Tubes Company Ltd's board approved the appointment of Mr. Ramesh Sharma and Ms. Geetika Garg as Non-Executive Independent Directors, both effective May 06, 2026, for five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval. Simultaneously, Ms. Sonalben Vaghela and Mr. Jaykumar Bhaveshkumar Patel resigned as Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective the same date. Consequently, the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee were reconstituted.
