Mardia Samyoung: Board Appoints & Accepts Resignations

Mardia Samyoung Capillary Tubes Company Ltd's Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Ramesh Sharma and Ms. Geetika Garg as Non-Executive Independent Directors, each for a five-year term effective May 6, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The board also accepted the resignations of Ms. Sonalben Vaghela and Mr. Jaykumar Bhaveshkumar Patel as Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective the same date. Consequently, the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee were reconstituted.
