Margo Finance Ltd has announced the dates for its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held on Friday, 7th August, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Video Mode (OAVM). In accordance with Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Friday, 31st July, 2026, to Friday, 7th August, 2026, inclusive. This closure is for the purpose of recording shareholders for the AGM concerning the financial year 2025-26. Additionally, Friday, 31st July, 2026, has been set as the cut-off date for remote e-voting.
