Marico Appoints Rohit Jawa as Independent Director

Marico Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Rohit Jawa as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director. The appointment is for a term of 5 years, effective January 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Mr. Jawa brings over 38 years of extensive corporate and leadership experience in building and transforming consumer businesses, most recently serving as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Hindustan Unilever Limited. He is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding office.
