Marico Completes Intra-Group Restructuring of Zed Lifestyle

Marico Limited has announced the completion of an intra-group restructuring involving the integration of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zed Lifestyle Private Limited. The business undertaking of Zed has been distributed to Marico on a going concern basis, effective June 29, 2026, following its voluntary liquidation. The company will initiate steps to obtain approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad, for the dissolution of Zed. This move consolidates Zed's business operations directly into Marico.
