Market Creators Ltd has informed the exchange that Regulation 32(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, is not applicable to the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This is because the company has not raised any funds through public issue, rights issue, preferential issue, or Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). Consequently, Annexure A, as per the SEBI circular, will not be submitted.
