Markolines Pavement Technologies Secures Rs.107.49 Crore Contract from Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation
Markolines Pavement Technologies Ltd, in joint venture with OJSC Euro-Asian Construction Corporation, has been awarded a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the execution work of improvement and widening of State Highway SH-158 for a stretch of 27 km, amounting to Rs.107.49 Crores from Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited. This announcement is in compliance with Reg.30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. It is confirmed that none of the directors or promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity/entities from whom the orders/contracts received and the award of order does not fall within the purview of related party transactions. All the work orders/contracts are received from domestic entities and all are work orders/contracts are domestic.
