Marksans Pharma Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 3, 2026, has scheduled the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for August 27, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) starting at 11:00 a.m. (IST). The company also fixed August 20, 2026, as the Record Date to determine shareholder eligibility for the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board had previously recommended a final dividend of ₹0.90 per equity share, subject to member approval at the AGM.
