Marsons Ltd Appoints Rajiv Gupta as Additional Independent Director

Marsons Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Rajiv Gupta as an Additional Independent Director, effective September 16, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Gupta brings over 35 years of experience in the power and renewable energy sector, including leadership roles at NTPC Group. His tenure as an Independent Director will be for five years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board meeting also discussed estimates for transformer repair services.
