Marsons Ltd Board Approves US Joint Venture for Transformer Business

Marsons Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the formation of a Joint Venture (JV) with Cleanhill Partners in the United States. This JV, structured as a limited liability company, aims to import, market, sell, distribute, and service Marsons transformers in the US and Canada. The venture also plans to manufacture transformers for these markets in due course. The JV is subject to the execution of a Joint Venture Agreement and receipt of necessary approvals. Mr. Harshvardhan Kotia, CEO, has been authorized to finalize and execute the JV agreement and related documents.
