Maruti Suzuki Announces 45th AGM on Aug 31, 2026; Proposes ₹140 Dividend

Maruti Suzuki India Limited has announced its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. IST via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The company will consider and adopt the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. A key agenda item is the declaration of a dividend of INR 140 per equity share. Additionally, the AGM will address the re-appointment of directors Mr. Kazunari Yamaguchi and Mr. Toshihiro Suzuki, who are retiring by rotation. The remuneration of the Cost Auditor, M/s R.J. Goel & Co., for the financial year 2026-27 will also be ratified.
