Mastek appoints Amit Gajwani as COO; Prameela Kalive to superannuate

Mastek Ltd has announced a significant change in its senior management, with Mr. Amit Gajwani appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective May 18, 2026. Mr. Gajwani is a seasoned global business leader with over 28 years of experience in driving growth, strategy, and large-scale operations. He previously held key leadership roles, including Head of Europe, UK, and Nordics at LTM Limited and Executive Vice President at Cybage. Concurrently, the current COO, Mrs. Prameela Kalive, will step down from her role and superannuate from the company as Senior Management Personnel, effective June 30, 2026. She will continue to be associated with Mastek to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
