Mastek signs MoU to sell Chennai commercial building for ₹60 Cr

Mastek Ltd has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on April 24, 2026, for the sale of a commercial building located in Mahindra World City, SEZ, Chengalpattu, Chennai. The property has an approximate built-up area of 1,57,233 Sq. Ft. on a 15.50-acre leased land. The aggregate consideration for this sale is ₹60 crores, to be received in two tranches. The buyer is Caresoft Mobility Private Limited, which is not a related party to Mastek. The transaction is subject to the execution of definitive agreements and receipt of necessary regulatory and SEZ approvals.
