Mauria Udyog Ltd Closes Trading Window for Board Meeting on Q3 and Nine-months Financial Results

Mauria Udyog Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons. The closure will be effective from January 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of the Board meeting. The meeting is scheduled for the consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter & Nine-months ended December 31, 2025 of the financial year 2025-26. The exact date of the Board meeting will be intimated in due course.
