Max Earth Resources Re-appoints Amit Anand Vengilat as MD

Max Earth Resources Limited (formerly Max Alert Systems Limited) announced the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Anand Vengilat as Managing Director. The decision was made by the Board of Directors on August 5, 2026. Mr. Vengilat, who retires by rotation, is eligible for and has offered himself for re-appointment. His new term will be for 5 years, commencing August 5, 2026, and he will be liable to retire by rotation. Mr. Vengilat is an Instrumentation Engineer with extensive experience in the infrastructure industry, including telecom, windmills, and roads, and possesses strong knowledge of the mining industry.
