Max Healthcare: Lucknow Hospital Phase-I Construction Approved

Max Healthcare Institute Ltd's board approved the construction of Phase-I of Max Super Specialty Hospital in Lucknow on a 5-acre land parcel owned by the company. The hospital will have a capacity of approximately 712 beds. The board also approved the audited financial results for FY26, recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share, re-appointed cost auditors, approved the re-classification of Radiant Life Care Hospital Foundation, approved shifting of registered office and re-appointed Mr. Anil Kumar Bhatnagar as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director.
