Max Healthcare Institute Ltd. reported a 16% year-on-year growth in gross revenue for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, reaching ₹2,982 Cr. Network Operating EBITDA increased by 15% YoY to ₹704 Cr, with an EBITDA margin of 24.8%. Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹357 Cr, a 3% YoY increase. Key drivers included a 10% YoY rise in Occupied Bed Days (OBDs) and a 5% YoY increase in Average Revenue Per Operating Bed (ARPOB). The company also announced strategic acquisitions, including a controlling stake in Kalinga Hospital Limited and full ownership of Yerawada Properties Private Limited, alongside board approval for a brownfield expansion and in-principle approval for medical education ventures. Max Lab and Max@Home also showed significant revenue growth.
