Mr. Manoj Kumar Pahwa has resigned as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Max Heights Infrastructure Ltd. effective June 9, 2026. The resignation is due to personal and professional commitments requiring his increased attention. Mr. Pahwa confirmed there are no other material reasons for his departure and no circumstances requiring further disclosure to shareholders or regulatory authorities. He previously served as Chairperson of the Audit Committee and a Member of the Nomination & Remuneration and Stakeholders Relationship Committees.
