Maximus International FY26 Consolidated Net Profit ₹929.62 Lakh

Maximus International Limited announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2026. For FY26, the company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹929.62 Lakh, up from ₹909.72 Lakh in FY25. Consolidated revenue from operations for FY26 stood at ₹18,480.71 Lakh, compared to ₹15,684.63 Lakh in the previous fiscal year. On a standalone basis, the net profit for FY26 was ₹330.47 Lakh, significantly higher than ₹55.64 Lakh in FY25, with standalone revenue from operations at ₹528.76 Lakh. The Board also approved a Postal Ballot Notice for the regularization/appointment of Mr. Aniruddh Gandhi as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
