Mayank Cattle Food Re-appoints MD, Whole-time Directors for 5 Years

Mayank Cattle Food Ltd announced the re-appointment of key management personnel following a Board of Directors meeting on June 23, 2026. Mr. Bharatkumar Popatlal Vachhani has been re-appointed as Managing Director, and Mr. Ajay Popatlal Vachhani, Mr. Tanmai Ajaybhai Vachhani, and Mr. Mayank Bharatkumar Vachhani have been re-appointed as Whole-time Directors. Additionally, Mrs. Ekta Ankur Dholakia has been re-appointed as an Independent Director.
