Roshan Dealmark Private Limited has disclosed the sale of 7,00,000 equity shares in Tavexia Lifecare Ltd (formerly Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited) on September 25, 2026, through an on-market transaction. This sale represents a 0.182% stake in the company. Following the transaction, Roshan Dealmark's holding in Tavexia Lifecare has reduced from 3.895% to 3.713% of the total equity share capital. The total diluted share capital of Tavexia Lifecare remains unchanged at 38,36,01,248 equity shares.
