Sattva Sukun Lifecare Approves Name Change to Tavexia Lifecare

Sattva Sukun Lifecare Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 17th, 2026, approved a corrigendum to the Notice of an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM). This corrigendum addresses a query from BSE Ltd. regarding the company's in-principle application for a name change. The EOGM, scheduled for July 22nd, 2026, will now include a revised annexure for Resolution No. 3, which pertains to the approval for changing the company's name from 'Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited' to 'Tavexia Lifecare Limited' and consequential alterations to its Memorandum and Articles of Association.
