Tavexia Lifecare Appoints DEVAM & Associates as New Auditor

Tavexia Lifecare Ltd announced the appointment of M/s DEVAM & Associates LLP as its new Statutory Auditors, replacing M/s SSRV & Associates who resigned. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting and is for a term of five years. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Khushboo Vasudev as an Independent Director for a second term and authorized preliminary evaluation for the acquisition of up to 60% equity in Meyonex Pharmaceuticals Limited.
