Tavexia Lifecare Changes Registrar and Share Transfer Agent

Tavexia Lifecare Ltd has approved a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The company will transition from Niche Technologies Pvt. Ltd to Skyline Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. Skyline was chosen for its technologically advanced infrastructure, wider reach, and capacity to align with share registry activities. Niche Technologies will continue to serve as RTA until the data transition and related procedures are completed, with confirmation from NSDL and CDSL. The effective date of the change will be announced separately.
