Tavexia Lifecare to hold 46th AGM on Sep 30, 2026

Tavexia Lifecare Ltd. (formerly Sattva Sukun Lifecare Ltd.) has issued a notice for its 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. (IST) via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The AGM will transact ordinary business including the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and reports of the Board and Auditors. Special business includes considering and approving a material related party transaction up to ₹100 crores. Additionally, the AGM will address the appointment of M/s. DEVAM & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. SSRV & Associates, for a term of five consecutive years.
