Mayur Floorings Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q4, FY26 Financial Results

Mayur Floorings Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all insiders, including directors and connected designated persons and their immediate relatives, from April 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018 and the company’s Code of Conduct. Insiders are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course.
