Mayur Leather Products Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons till March 31, 2026

Mayur Leather Products Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. This includes all officers, designated employees, directors, and auditors of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the financial results will be intimated in due course.
