Mayur Uniquoters Reappoints S. Bhandari as Internal Auditor

Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has re-appointed M/s S. Bhandari & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 19, 2026, where the board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share, and re-appointed M/s Pavan Gupta & Associates as Cost Auditor.
