Mazagon Dock Appoints K. M. Ravi Kumar as Independent Director

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd announced the appointment of Shri K. M. Ravi Kumar as a Part-time Non-official (Independent) Director on its Board. The appointment is effective from the date of activation of his Director Identification Number (DIN). The tenure is for a period of 3 years, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The company will provide further updates once the DIN activation is complete and the effective date is confirmed, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
