MBL Infrastructure Infuses Rs 9.11 Crores in MBL (MP) Toll Road Company Ltd, Extinguishing All Liabilities

MBL Infrastructure Ltd. has received approval from the Hon’ble Adjudicating Authority for the Resolution Plan of MBL (MP) Toll Road Company Ltd. (MPTRCL), a wholly owned subsidiary. As part of the approved Resolution Plan, MBL will infuse funds of Rs 9.11 crores in form of equity in MPTRCL. This payment will settle all liabilities of MPTRCL, making it a debt free company. The surplus arising out of toll fees, annuities, receivables, etc. will be available to MBL. The management and control of MPTRCL now vests with the Board of Directors of MPTRCL. MPTRCL is an SPV for the execution of the Waraseoni- Lalbarra Road on BOT (Toll + Annuity) basis in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
