MBL Infrastructure Secures Rs 17.24 Crore Arbitration Award from Uttarakhand Government

MBL Infrastructure Ltd has announced the receipt of a unanimous arbitration award of Rs 17.24 crores from the Public Works Department of the Uttarakhand government. The award, for a completed road improvement project, includes the principal amount, accrued interest of up to the date of the award, and future interest at 12% per annum. The payment must be made within 90 days of the award date, or the company will be entitled to additional interest.
